The PSAS software products have been on the market since 1995 and are being used by reputable utilities, consultants and universities around the world. Conversion routines are available for converting IEEE standard data and PSS/E raw data to PSAS study format. The PSS/E raw data for the 8700 nodes western US interconnected system can be directly converted with minimal effort and studied using the new PSAS package. Typical IEEE modelling data are now available for transient stability study.
